Pinoy Pasta Salad

Tentative 15 October 2008 Wednesday Dinner

Leftover Adobo, drained and flaked
1 250 g pack of pasta
2 tablepoons olive oil
2 medium tomatoes cut into half circles
1 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup button mushrooms, halved
2 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon almond flakes
Cheese, grated

While the pasta is cooking, stir fry the oil and adobo, tomatoes, basil leaves, mushrooms, capers and almonds
Season with salt

Combine mixture with pasta. Top with cheese.
